In the current process of building a single-point-access Natureandpoverty.net portal we have now engaged a group of fifty key-users to provide us feedback and guidance in this process. This technology platform will support the goals set for the network and provide easy and timely access to field based knowledge, insights and lessons learned from practical experiences and daily work on the nexus of ecosystem management and poverty alleviation.

Ownership, engagement and direct interaction with our constituency and proposed users are key elements in the process of determining the parameters for the portal. Therefore key-user groups are invited to participate in and evaluate the building process and give us input and feedback on the functionalities and requirements of Natureandpoverty.net as an interactive platform/portal as well as on the communication and engagement strategy of Natureandpoverty.net. For further information please contact Peter van Sluijs, Natureandpoverty.net Coordinator at IUCN NL.
