In collaboration with WWF-US, IUCN is building the Ecosystems and Livelihoods Adaptation Network (ELAN). ELAN intends to be a research-driven and action-oriented network of institutions, committed to delivering innovative and practical ecosystems-based solutions to climate change, based on the latest information and the diffusion of knowledge among network members.
